French film actress Michele Marcier will visit the V International Film Festival «Kharkiv Lilacs».
Also meetings with famous Russian and Ukrainian cinematographers will be held as a part of the festival. There will be issued several books and memorial plates opened. The historical reconstruction of first public film show in Kharkiv will be held.
