The enemy shelled a densely populated area of Kharkiv Today, on May 22, the Russian aggressor struck a densely populated area of Kharkiv.

According to Mayor Igor Terekhov, 10 people were injured in the attack. Two Kharkiv residents are in serious condition, including a trolleybus driver. 

"Eight multi-storey residential buildings were damaged. In total, about 550 windows were smashed. Our utilities are now working at the scene," said the mayor. 

Ihor Terekhov also emphasized that there is no military facility near the residential area.

"There are always a lot of people here, public transport runs. This shelling is another act of terror against the Ukrainian people, against Kharkiv," the mayor said.
